Leased and PCP cars are inspected when they go back, and marked wheels are easy to spot. Read your lease company's wear and tear guide first so you know what counts, then have anything outside it repaired before the inspection. Send a photo of each wheel and the quote lists what the repair involves. Most refurbishments take 36 to 48 hours, and free loan wheels, subject to stock for many makes, keep the car in use meanwhile, so call to check yours. Booking a week or two ahead gives the work room around your hand-back date.

Which finishes can the workshop produce?

Diamond cut faces are re-cut on the lathe. Other wheels are powder coated or painted, matched to their existing finish or set to any colour from a paint code or photo.

Can a bent wheel that's also scuffed be fixed in one booking?

One booking covers both, because straightening or welding and the refinish happen in the same workshop. Send photos of the bend and the face, and the quote lists what is involved and how long it takes.
