Booking questions from Highgate

What days can I bring the car in?

The workshop is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm. It is closed on Sunday. You agree the drop-off time with us when you accept the quote.

Does the car have to stay with you overnight?

That depends on the job. Larger repairs take longer than minor ones, and your quote says which group yours falls into before you pick a date.

Can you do the repair at my home or work?

Mobile repair is offered to retail and trade customers for minor scuffs and cosmetic damage. Heavier damage needs the workshop, so send your postcode with the photos and we'll confirm what suits.
