Our alloy wheel refurbishment process
Every refurbishment at our Enfield workshop follows the same six stages. They start with a photo quote on your phone and finish when you drive away on refinished wheels.
From photo to finished wheel
Photo quote.
You send a photo by WhatsApp, the quote form or email, and we reply within 24 hours with a price and a description of the repair. There's no obligation.
Book a time.
Call us or reply to the quote to book the car in. Ask about free loan wheels for your make at this point.
Strip to bare metal.
Each wheel has its old lacquer, paint and corrosion removed down to clean alloy.
Repair.
Kerb damage and chips are repaired, and bent or cracked wheels are straightened or welded in-house.

Standard refurbishment
36 to 48 hours from drop-off.
Powder coating
36 to 48 hours, in gloss, satin, matte or metallic.
Diamond cut repair
2 working days, with the face re-cut on our CNC lathe.
Calliper painting
24 hours, painted with heat-resistant paint.
