No. Stripping, welding, the lathe, powder coating and painting all happen at Crown Road, which means one team is answerable for the whole job.

What does the CNC lathe do on a diamond cut 1 Series wheel?

On a diamond cut wheel it cuts a new bright face, which is then lacquered to protect it. That work takes 2 working days.

Can you straighten a 1 Series wheel bent by a pothole?

Bends are straightened and cracks welded in-house. Send a photo and we'll tell you whether the wheel is safe to repair before you book.
