Dents

Door dings and car park knocks are repaired and refinished where the paint has been damaged. Paintless dent repair may suit dents with the paint intact.

Bumpers

Scraped corners are refinished, and split bumpers are repaired or replaced depending on the damage. See bumper repair.

Accident damage

If you've had a bump, we repair the panels and paintwork. Major collision repairs are outside our work, so for structural damage, send photos and we will tell you whether we can help. See accident repair.

Paint matched from your BMW's code

The colour is mixed from your car's paint code, sprayed in our booth and cured under infrared heat. The repaired area is then blended into the panel around it. Painted bodywork carries a 12-month guarantee, subject to aftercare.

Two ways to pay for the repair

If the accident wasn't your fault, our accident management partners can handle the claim, with no excess to pay. Courtesy cars are not supplied by us, but a hire company can arrange one if your insurance includes it.
  • Insurance. Tell your insurer you'd like Whoops Wheel Fix It to repair your BMW and we'll deal with them from there. Most policies let you choose your repairer, so check yours.
  • Private. Send photos, agree the price and pay on completion by cash, card or bank transfer.

Usually, because a scratch through to bare metal can let moisture in. A photo shows how deep it goes, and we tell you what the repair needs.
Do you handle BMW bumper damage?
Yes. Scrapes are repaired and repainted, and a split bumper is repaired or replaced depending on the damage.
Can you work with my insurer?
If you nominate us, we deal with your insurer for you. Check your policy lets you choose a repairer before you ask.
Can I get one price for several marks?
Yes. Photograph each mark and send them in one message, and we'll quote them together so the car only needs to come in once.
