We are an independent body shop with no manufacturer approval. If you're claiming, tell your insurer you'd like Whoops Wheel Fix It to repair your Kia and we'll deal with them from there. Most policies let you choose your repairer, so check yours. Fleet and trade customers can ask about bulk rates, and we repair both personal and commercial vehicles.

Can I just turn up with my Kia?

Please call or send a photo first so we can agree a time. That way the right person and the right paint are ready when you arrive.

Can I get a loan car while my Kia is repaired?

We don't have loan cars of our own. If your insurance includes a courtesy car, a hire company can arrange it for you.

What happens if the damage turns out bigger than the photo?

We tell you before any work starts and update the quote, so there are no surprises when you collect the car.

Does a private repair need any paperwork?

No. You agree the price from your photos and pay when you collect the car.

Do you work on Kia bumpers?

Yes. Scrapes are repaired and repainted, and a split bumper is repaired or replaced depending on the damage. Send a photo of the split and we will say which.
