Bringing your Lotus's wheel faces back
Lotus alloy wheel refurbishment means each wheel is stripped to bare metal and its scuffs and corrosion repaired, then refinished in paint or powder coat cured at 180°C. The existing look is matched, and the job takes 36 to 48 hours. A cloudy bright face goes on our lathe for Lotus diamond cut repair, which cuts a new face and seals it with fresh lacquer in 2 working days.

Bodywork worth putting right
Marked or chipped paint on an Elise or any other Lotus is repaired panel by panel, with colour mixed from the car's paint code, and minor bodywork is usually done within 24 hours. Prestige wheels get the same process
Our equipment is the same for every car: a CNC lathe, a powder coating oven and welding and straightening kit, all at Crown Road. A Lotus wheel is stripped to bare metal and repaired on that kit, and no part of the process is subcontracted. When you send photos, include the wheels and the whole car so we can see the finish to match. Will one repaired wheel stand out against the other three on my Lotus?
It is matched to the existing finish, and diamond cut faces are re-cut and lacquered. When the other wheels are worn, ask for a price on the full set so all four match.
Is it worth keeping the original wheels on a Lotus?
