Rolls-Royce alloy wheel repair and bodywork done in-house

A scuffed rim or a marked panel on a Rolls-Royce is repaired with our own equipment under one roof in Enfield. The lathe, the 180°C powder coating oven, the welding and straightening kit and the painting all sit inside the Crown Road workshop. Send a photo and the price comes back within 24 hours.

Rolls-Royce diamond cut repair

When the lacquer over a bright face lifts or clouds, water gets underneath. We re-cut the face on the lathe and lacquer it again. Diamond cut repair takes 2 working days at the workshop.

Rolls-Royce kerb rash repair

A scrape or gouge on the rim edge is reshaped and refinished to match, since a broken finish lets corrosion in. Minor kerb rash repair can sometimes be done by our mobile service. Send your postcode and we'll confirm.

Rolls-Royce brake calliper painting

Callipers are cleaned, rust treated and primed, then painted in heat-resistant paint in the colour you choose. For a brake calliper painting quote, photograph the calliper with the front wheel turned to full lock.

Paintwork and panel repairs

Scratches, paint chips, scuffs, scraped bumpers and minor dents are all repaired in the same building, and the paint is mixed from the car's paint code. That covers a small dent on a Phantom as much as a scuffed bumper on any other Rolls-Royce. Minor bodywork is usually done within 24 hours, and larger jobs take longer. Questions about the workshop

Does any part of a Rolls-Royce wheel repair go out to another company?
No. Stripping, welding and straightening, the lathe, the oven and the painting are all handled at Crown Road, so a single workshop looks after the job from your first photo to the refit.
What can the workshop do that a mobile repair can't?
Re-cutting diamond cut faces, treating corrosion and fixing cracks and buckles all need the workshop. Mobile repair suits minor scuffs and kerb damage for retail and trade customers, and may not last as long as an oven-cured finish. Send your postcode and we'll confirm.
Is a Rolls-Royce wheel handled any differently from other cars?
It goes through the same strip-to-metal process on the same equipment. What we ask for up front is photos of the wheels and the whole car, so we can match the finish.
