What's happened to your Ford?

Gouged the rim edge on a kerb. Ford kerb rash repair reshapes the scraped edge and refinishes it to match, which stops corrosion getting a hold. Our mobile service can sometimes fix minor kerb damage, so send your postcode and we'll confirm.
Bright face gone dull or cloudy. If your EcoSport has diamond cut alloys, Ford diamond cut repair re-cuts the face on our CNC lathe and seals it with fresh lacquer. It is a workshop job and takes 2 working days.
Wheels worn, scuffed or corroded. Ford alloy wheel refurbishment strips each wheel to bare metal, repairs the damage, then refinishes it in powder coat cured at 180°C or in matched paint. Allow 36 to 48 hours.
Callipers faded or rusty. Ford brake calliper painting starts with cleaning, rust treatment and primer, then heat-resistant paint in any colour. Turn the front wheel to full lock before you photograph the calliper.

Repair or replace?

Many damaged wheels can be repaired. Scuffs, kerb rash, corrosion and lifting lacquer are repairable, bends are straightened and cracks are welded in our workshop. Repairing the original keeps the set matched, so one new wheel doesn't sit beside three older ones. Some cracks and bends make a wheel unsafe to repair. We tell you from your photo, and again after inspecting the wheel at the workshop, before any work starts.
