Lexus alloy wheel repair and bodywork done in-house

Our Enfield workshop has a CNC diamond cut lathe, an oven that cures powder coat at 180°C and the equipment to weld and straighten wheels. Lexus bodywork is repaired in the same building, with paint mixed from your car's code. Send a photo and we'll reply within 24 hours with a price.

Lexus diamond cut repair

When the lacquer over a bright machined face lifts or clouds, we re-cut the face on the lathe and lacquer it again. Diamond cut repair is a workshop job and takes 2 working days.

Lexus kerb rash repair

A scraped rim edge is reshaped and refinished to match the rest of the wheel. Our kerb rash repair can sometimes be done by the mobile service when the damage is minor, so send your postcode and we'll confirm.

Lexus brake calliper painting

Callipers are cleaned, treated for rust and primed, then painted with heat-resistant paint in any colour you can show us by paint code or photo. Brake calliper painting is quoted from a photo taken with the wheel on full lock.

Paintwork and panel repairs

Lexus body work repairs cover scratches, paint chips, scuffs, scraped bumpers and minor dents. Minor bodywork at the workshop is usually done within 24 hours, and larger jobs take longer. Our car body repair and car dent repair pages show what each job involves.

Questions about the workshop

Does any part of a Lexus wheel repair go out to another company?
No. Stripping, welding, lathe work, oven curing and painting are all carried out by our own team at Crown Road. The same workshop looks after the wheel from your first photo to the refit.
What does the workshop do that a mobile repair can't?
Re-cutting a diamond cut face, treating corrosion and mending cracks or buckles all need the workshop. Mobile repair suits minor scuffs and kerb damage for retail and trade customers, though it may not last as long as an oven-cured finish. Send your postcode and we'll confirm.
What if more than one Lexus wheel is marked?
Send a photo of each wheel and a close-up of the worst mark. Wheels are refinished to match their existing look, so a set can come back consistent, and the reply within 24 hours gives a price and what the work involves.
