Diamond cut alloy wheel repair in Hendon from photo to pick-up

The bright, two-tone look comes from a lathe. A thin layer is machined off the face of a painted wheel to expose bare alloy, and a coat of clear lacquer goes over it to keep moisture off that metal. When the lacquer chips or lifts, water gets underneath and the face turns cloudy or spotted with white, because the corrosion sits in the metal itself. We strip the wheel and put it on our own CNC lathe, which takes a fresh cut across the face, then seal it with new lacquer before it goes back on the car.
