How we match the colour

The paint for any bodywork repair is mixed from your car's paint code, the reference for the exact shade it was finished in. Add the code to your photo message if you have it, along with the reg or make and model. Once the damaged area is repaired, the new colour is blended into the panel around it, so there's no hard line where fresh paint meets the original. That blending is what lets a repaired door or bumper corner sit evenly with the rest of the car. If the alloys need attention too, wheels are matched to their own existing finish in the same building.

Paying

Payment is taken on completion, by cash, card or bank transfer, once you've had a look at the finished panel.

Mobile option

Light scuffs and scratches may suit a mobile repair at your home or workplace. Send your postcode and we'll confirm.

Claim through your insurer by asking for Whoops to carry out the work. We then handle the insurer contact, and the accident repair page shows more. Non-fault claims go to our accident management partners, who remove the excess and leave your no-claims bonus untouched. Find the detail under non-fault accident management. If you would rather pay yourself, a free photo quote comes first and the bill is paid on completion. If your insurance includes a courtesy car, we don't supply one ourselves, but a hire company can arrange it. We don't take on major collision repairs; if there's structural damage, send photos and we'll tell you whether we can help.

Which days can I drop the car off?

Any day from Monday to Saturday. We're open 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday, and the drop-off time is fixed when you accept the quote.

Does the car have to stay with you overnight?

Often it doesn't, as a single scratch or scuff tends to be a short job. A dent with paintwork, or damage spread over more than one panel, can mean leaving it longer, and the quote makes that clear before you book.

Could the repair be done at my home or workplace?

Possibly, if the marks are minor and cosmetic. Deeper scratches and dents need to come into the workshop, so include your postcode with the photos and we'll tell you which applies.
