Every powder coated wheel we finish for Romford drivers is cured in our own oven at Crown Road, after being stripped and prepared in the same workshop. You can keep the colour it has now or pick a new one. Send a photo and we'll reply within 24 hours with a price and what the job involves.

When a wheel is worth refinishing

Scuffed, corroded and flaking wheels are usually worth saving, because all of that comes off when the wheel is stripped. Refinishing your own set also keeps all four the same size and style. A wheel isn't always safe to repair. A crack in certain places or a severe buckle can rule it out, and if your photos show that we'll tell you before you book. Where only one wheel needs work it can be coated to match the other three, though doing the set gives the most even look.

Ready when you are

Powder coating takes 36 to 48 hours. Tyre removal, balancing and storage at the workshop carry no extra charge.

What does curing at 180°C actually do?
The heat bonds the powder to the bare metal. That leaves a hard-wearing finish.

We work on personal and commercial vehicles, and trade and fleet customers get competitive bulk rates. Ring 0207 060 3666 and we'll talk through what you need.
