What happens to your BMW wheels, step by step

Photo and quote.

Send a picture of the worst wheel and we reply within 24 hours with a price and what the work involves. Call or message to book a time.

Strip to bare metal.

The old paint, lacquer and any corrosion come off, so nothing hides under the new finish.

Repair.

Kerb damage, gouges and scuffs are reshaped and filled. Cracks and bends go to our welding and straightening bay first.

Refinish.

Powder coat is cured at 180°C in our own oven, or the wheel is painted, matched to its existing finish.

How long will my BMW be without its wheels?
Plan on 36 to 48 hours for a standard job. If you add diamond cut work it becomes 2 working days, and a loan set keeps the car mobile in the meantime.
Can I change the colour of my BMW wheels?
Yes. Choose gloss, satin, matte or metallic, in a factory shade or a custom one. Send a photo or paint code with your enquiry and we'll confirm the match.
Is balancing included?
Yes. Removing the tyres, balancing the wheels afterwards and storing them while they wait carry no additional charge.
How do I find out what my wheels need?
Photograph each damaged wheel in daylight and send the pictures by WhatsApp, email or the quote form. We'll say whether the job is a refurbishment, a repair or a mobile fix.
