Mercedes alloy wheel refurbishment for kerbed, peeling and faded wheels
Scraped rims and flaking finishes are the first thing people see on a Mercedes. Our Enfield workshop refurbishes them in 36 to 48 hours, and a photo is all we need to quote.
The damage we put right
Each of these wheel problems is treated by stripping back to bare metal before the new finish goes on.

Kerb rash
Grazes and gouges on the rim edge are reshaped, filled and refinished to match the rest of the wheel.
Peeling or bubbling lacquer
Moisture creeps under a broken finish and lifts it. We remove all of it, so the repair holds.
Corrosion and pitting
White powdery spots are cleaned out of the metal before the wheel is repaired and recoated.
Dull diamond cut faces
Clouded machined faces are re-cut on our CNC lathe, which takes 2 working days.
Bends and cracks
Our welding and straightening equipment deals with these before any cosmetic work starts, subject to what the photo shows.
