Damage to a Volvo can go through your insurer or be paid for directly, and our Enfield body shop repairs it either way. Send a photo and you'll have a reply within 24 hours.
If you are making a claim
Ask your insurer to send the Volvo to Whoops Wheel Fix It, and we'll deal with them from there. Most policies give you the right to choose your repairer, though yours may differ. Keep your photos and any details of the other driver. When another driver caused the damage, our accident management partners handle the claim. You pay no excess and your no-claims bonus stays protected. We don't supply courtesy cars ourselves, but if your insurance includes one, a hire company can arrange it. Structural damage from a major collision is outside what we take on, but send photos and we will tell you whether we can help. The accident repair page has the detail.

Volvo bodywork we repair
Repairs cover scratches, dents, scraped bumpers, stone chips and panel resprays, with colour mixed from your Volvo's paint code and cured in an infrared booth. Details are on the car body repair and car paint repair pages. We are an independent body shop and make no claim to manufacturer approval.
What happens at the workshop
The Volvo comes to Crown Road, where the damaged area is repaired and prepared for paint. The colour is sprayed in our booth and cured under infrared lamps. Painted bodywork carries a 12-month guarantee, subject to aftercare, and you pay on completion by cash, card or bank transfer.

Can I choose where my Volvo is repaired?
Most policies allow it, so read yours. If it does, name us when you report the claim.
Will my no-claims bonus be affected?
On a non-fault claim handled by our accident management partners it is protected. For other claims, ask your insurer how your policy treats it.
What if I decide against claiming?
Send photos for a private quote instead. There is no obligation, and the repair is the same.
How long does the repair take?
Minor bodywork is usually done within 24 hours. Larger jobs take longer, and the quote gives a timescale.
