A hard hit on a pothole can bend a wheel with hardly a mark on the rim. Any of these signs means it should be checked. Photograph the damage as soon as you can, since pictures taken at the time are useful if you report the pothole. Send them with a close-up of the rim and we'll tell you whether the wheel can be straightened or welded in-house.

Booking questions

How long will my Audi be at the workshop?

Allow 36 to 48 hours for a refurbishment and 2 working days for diamond cut. Loan wheels, subject to stock, keep the car usable while you wait.

Can I bring my Audi in on a Saturday?

The workshop opens Saturday 8am to 1pm and Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and it is closed on Sunday. We agree the drop-off time with you when you accept the quote.

Can minor damage on my Audi be repaired at home or work?

Our mobile service covers minor scuffs and kerb damage for retail and trade customers. Diamond cut, corrosion and cracks need the workshop. Send your postcode and we'll confirm.
