How much does alloy wheel repair cost?
The cost of alloy wheel repair depends on the type of damage, the size and finish of the wheel, how many wheels need work and whether the wheel needs more than a cosmetic fix. The quickest way to an exact figure is a free photo quote, which we answer within 24 hours.
What affects the price
Our alloy wheel refurbishment cost page explains how we quote in more detail.
What is included
There is no extra charge for tyre removal, balancing or secure storage at the workshop. Wheels are stripped to bare metal before refinishing, and the work is done in-house at Crown Road. Standard refurbishment takes 36 to 48 hours and diamond cut takes 2 working days, and free loan wheels are available subject to stock.

Frequently asked questions
Why do alloy wheel repair prices vary between workshops?
Workshops differ in how they repair and refinish. Some paint over the old finish, while others strip to bare metal, and some do the work on site while others send it out. Compare what each quote includes before comparing the figures.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Send a photo by WhatsApp, form or email and we reply within 24 hours with a price and what the repair involves. There is no obligation to book.
Does the price include tyre removal and balancing?
Yes. There is no extra charge for tyre removal, balancing or storage at the workshop.
Why is diamond cut quoted differently?
The face is re-cut on a CNC lathe and then sealed, which adds steps and takes 2 working days. Read what diamond cut wheels are for how the finish is made.
Should I repair or replace a damaged wheel?
If the wheel is straight and sound, a repair is usually worth quoting. If it is cracked beyond repair or badly bent, replacement may be needed, so send a photo and we will advise.
