What happens on a non-fault claim?
Our accident management partners run the claim with the other driver's insurer, with no excess to pay and your no-claims bonus protected. We carry out the repair at our Enfield workshop. See non-fault accident management.
Do I get a courtesy car?
We don't supply courtesy cars ourselves. If your insurance includes one, it can be arranged through a hire company, and licensed PCO and taxi drivers can get like-for-like hire through EDGE Accident Management.
How long does a bodywork repair take?
Minor bodywork is usually done within 24 hours. Larger jobs take longer, and we'll tell you when we quote.

Can every damaged alloy be repaired?
Most can. If a wheel is too badly damaged to be safe, we'll tell you from your photo.
Do you repair commercial vehicles?
Yes, with competitive bulk rates. See trade and fleet.
Do you offer a mobile service?
Yes, for private drivers and trade customers. Minor damage such as scuffs, kerb damage and paint chips suits mobile, usually the same day in about 2 to 4 hours. Diamond cut, welding and straightening are done in the workshop. Our mobile team covers Barnet, Cheshunt, Chingford, Edmonton, Finchley, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Leyton, Leytonstone, Loughton, Muswell Hill, Palmers Green, Potters Bar, Southgate, Tottenham, Waltham Cross, Walthamstow, Wanstead, Wood Green, Woodford and the surrounding areas.
