Alloy wheel powder coating
Powder coating gives your alloys a tough, even finish in their original colour or a new one. Each wheel is stripped to bare metal and oven-cured at 180°C in our Enfield workshop, and most sets are back with you in 36 to 48 hours.
How powder coating differs from paint
What we can do
Restore your original colour. Faded, corroded or peeling wheels are stripped back and recoated to match the factory finish. We match 99% of factory colours.

Restore your original colour

Change the colour
Silver to gloss black, anthracite to bronze, or a custom shade you've seen on another car. Send a paint code or a photo of the look you want.
Pick your finish
Choose gloss, satin, matte or metallic. Gloss is the easiest to wipe clean, and satin or matte give a flatter, modern look.
Repair and recolour in one visit
Kerb rash, corrosion and peeling are repaired first, so the new colour goes over a sound surface.
How we powder coat your alloys
Tyres off.
We remove the tyres so the whole wheel, barrel included, can be stripped and coated.
Strip to bare metal.
Every old coating and all surface contamination comes off, so the powder bonds to clean alloy.
Repair the damage.
Kerb scuffs, corrosion pits and rim damage are repaired before any coating goes on.
Coat and cure.
The powder is applied in your chosen colour and finish, then cured in our on-site oven at 180°C.
